The team at The Austin Winery has been committed to producing wines exclusively from Texas-grown fruit since 2017 to showcase the distinct terroir of the region. Each vintage is crafted on-site — red, white, and specialty blends that reflect the unique flavors of the Lonestar State.

In addition to the wine production, they also have a tasting room offering wine flights and cheese pairings and host regular dining events, craft pop-ups, and charity initiatives that deepen their connection to St. Elmo and the greater Austin community.
